today is my second day. but I am going to Kansas for my grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary party in a couple of weeks and I would like to lose 5 more lbs before then!
I know it's hard to imagine, but in 2 weeks my muscles will be even bigger
so, here's to 5 lbs!
I totally did the 30 day shred and I loved it. It worked great for me because it was short enough but definitely intense enough!

I've done it twice...and also No More Trouble Zones. Stick with it and you'll master that sucker. I didn't even know I HAD muscles in my legs before Jillian. I also learned I REALLY don't like throwing up :(
