oy...

Has it been so long?? I'm sure you all have missed me dearly.

I should hop on and give and update, I am knocked up again, we are thrilled! It's a little lady in there! and I'm having fun looking at all the girly stuff, my little boy is going to be the best big brother ever :)

Here are some nursery ideas:

My little family recently took a last minute trip to NYC! It's only 9 hours away from us and in 1.5 years we will be moving back to Kansas, and thought we should explore the east coast while we can! The autumn drive was GORGEOUS. And NYC was just as amazing as I expected, I could definitely live on the upper east side ;) My husband is a major country boy though. He loves wide open spaces! Our compromise is the suburbs!

Well I have been having a GREAT time with my husband being home! And our 14 month old is adjusting amazingly! God is so good, I have been praying so much the last 7-8 months that the adjustment would go smoothly when Mr. Husband came home and that he would keep us all safe. And God answered my prayers better than I could have imagined! Sometimes my prayers don't get answered in the ways I wanted them to, but God always seems to know what is best for my family and I!

We have been hanging out a lot and enjoying my husband's time off, we took an IKEA trip during the weekend and also watched lots of movies! I will post photos of our new house and furniture eventually. sigh. So much still to do!

I am getting much better at using my camera and am learning sooooo much in my photography classes, but I still have a terrible time using my tripod and self timer! If I messed with it more maybe I would figure it out, but it's like 105 degrees here in Kansas... So I take my pics and then run back indoors! haha.

I've been taking some photography and photo shop classes and I've really been enjoying it! I'm learning a LOT, so much that I forget a lot and I get headaches. 

Having two classes a week gives me a break from Emery, and it's helping the time pass by during this deployment! But GOOD NEWS.......We are in the home stretch! SQUEEEE!

Whew! This heat is killing me. I have started running again, which I've been enjoying, but I'm not getting as far as I would like with this heat and humidity, that and my sinuses/allergies are KILLING ME!

This heat makes me extra grateful for everyone in the military who is deployed or has deployed to the middle east, (like Mr. Husband). 

Every time you think about how hot it is, say a prayer for everyone serving in the military :)

That thought helps me to not feel sorry for myself!

But seriously, is it autumn yet???
